At Linen by Nisha, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed.
  • Product must be in its original packaging.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed bedding.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Customized or personalized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where applicable.
  • Cash on Delivery orders may receive refunds via bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
